Recipe Ingredients:

  • Chicken- 2 cups (cooked and shredded)
  • Samosa wrappers- 15
  • Chopped Potatoes – 1 cup
  • Chopped Onions- 1 cup
  • Garlic- 2 clove, minced
  • Peas- ½ cup (frozen and thawed)
  • Ginger- 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Turmeric powder- ½ teaspoon
  • Oil- 2 tablespoon
  • Ground cumin- 1 teaspoon
  • Chili powder- ½ teaspoon
  • Ground coriander- 1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Cooking spray

Recipe Instructions:

Cooking Process:

  • Heat the oil in a pan over a medium heat. Add the chopped onions and cook until a transparent color.
  • Toss in the minced garlic and grated ginger. Cook for another minute or until the perfume fills the air.
  • Add the chopped potatoes and cook for 3–4 minutes or until tender.
  • Stir in the salt, turmeric, chili powder, ground cumin, coriander, and cooked shredded chicken. When everything is combined, cook for two or three more minutes.
  • After adding the thawed peas, cook for a further two minutes. Take off the heat source and allow the filling to cool down.
  • Bring the temperature of your air fryer up to 375°F, or 190°C, for around five minutes.
  • Take one wrapper for a samosa and lay it on a clean surface. Spoon some chicken filling into the center of the wrapper.
  • To create a triangle, fold one corner of the wrapper diagonally to the other corner. Squeeze the edges tightly together to form a seal. Keep going until all of the filling and wrappers have been used.
  • Apply a little layer of cooking spray or coat the samosas with oil.
  • Place the samosas in one layer in the air fryer's hot basket.
  • To get the samosas crispy and golden brown, air fry them at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes, turning once halfway through.
  • Remove the samosas from the air fryer once they are cooked and let them cool for a little.
